Dear Revdex.com,We have received a letter about a complaint that one of our customers filedThe customer wasassigned an ID of [redacted] , Customer stated that we sold him/her a relfurbished phone which isincorrect, because we do not sell refurbished cell phones at Central Discount Upon purchase, weexplained the return policy to the customer which was days from the day of purchase and wealso have signs posted in the store as wellWe also told the customer that they have one yearmanufacturing warrantyBasically, this product is a franchised product and they allow us only 7days from the day of purchase to accept any returnsUnfortunately, Central Discount is unable tohelp the customer because the product is out of warranty from the store itselfThe customer alsostated that they lost their sim card and also mentioned that the company which is ZTE misplacedthe customers sim cardRegarding the customers information, the sim card is only a networkingdevice which is put into the phone for the signal purposes only and it does not have any personalinformationAs tar as the sim card is concemed, the customer can call the boast mobile customerservice at [redacted] By calling the number the customer can explain them that their sim cardhas been lost, which they might able replace at no cost to the customerTherefore, CentralDiscount, is not liable to pay any kind of compensation to the customer.Regards,Management Central Discount

We also told the customer that they have one yearmanufacturing warranty. Basically, this product is a franchised product and they allow us only 7days from the day of purchase to accept any returns. Unfortunately, Central Discount is unable tohelp the customer because the product is out of warranty from the store itself.
