Every time - the items arrive weeks - months after the pre buy.
Any attempt to communicate I was told... they are on their way...
I have felt flat out lied to, when I mentioned the last buy was supposed to arrive on such and such a date... despite having a screen shot of the post stating the item would be available on such and such a date... I am told that they would never state that date... and it was a "typo"
They change the original posts after the buys close - so you can't go back - so make sure you take a screen shot.
If you are doing a pre buy I suggest the following
1 - Screen Shot the original post and keep it
2 - Keep in mind it will not arrive on time
3 - Do not believe any communication you receive about "it will be here soon"
4 - Keep track of any pre buys that you have paid for ... these seem to be the ones I struggle with the most.
I know now not to continue ordering... It really isn't worth the time and hassle anymore
Cute stuff just not worth being lied to over.
They work together as a team and have grown a staff and opened additional stores. How they track and respond to orders has been efficient and organized. Don’t be fooled by people saying they didn’t get items or were never notified. They post when items come in, email which they remind everyone to put in their Safe sender list or it goes to spam or trash. But there are always a few who miss every email, Facebook reminder, tag and prompt.
If their system doesn’t work for you just shop at their great stores and avoid order mishaps.
I don’t know them but Lee and Courtney are quietly building a great business while adding locations, giving each other kudos and shoutouts on social media, donating and supporting within their communities and a powerhouse business women. Proud of our homegrown Airdrie Talent. Well done Courtney and Lee.
The issue is that I have been ordering things from the store for Months- since April 2020, with me etransfering money (I have all of the proof) and not receiving product. This business is not good with communication at all, they did not attempt to contact me at all. After months of waiting for product I went in to the store to see what I can pick up and resolve as every time I try to message these ladies they push me aside like I dont matter. So anyways, I'm at the store and Lee *** (an owner) is extremely rude to me, just totally mistreats me and tells me that I've been in the store multiple times and that I've gone through my list with them (which is completely untrue as I was only in the store 1 time and it was time pick up an expensive item I ordered) everything I was saying she had an answer for, so shes obviously used to mistreating people. She wouldnt listen to me at all, I was getting so upset that I was shaking. My mother in law was there thank God so she was able to calm me down a little bit. I got home and wrote them an email, to while the same lady Lee *** responded and I asked to speak with the other lady as she was very rude to me and I didnt wish to speak to her. But everything that I was saying to her was apparently an issue as she was rude to me in emails as well, so I spent 2 hours going through absolutely everything and sending them the proof of what they owed me.
Basically, I just want them to run their business professionally and not treat people this way. They kept telling me I was wrong and saying the issue was me not picking things up when in fact the issue was them not reading things properly, not sending my things to the right place, and them not tagging me in posts to pick items up.
4) items that were missing:
1x ice scraper- $8.40
1x blackhead remover- $21
2x pill water bottles- $15each = $30
1x ponytail hat - $10
1x paint by number $21
2x sillicone rings -$6
On this note, they did send me back my $97 with me giving them all of my proof, but they never once apologized to me for the hassle and they are continuing to do this to other customers.
