Review: I called to ask Central coast shuttle service what the process was to get a reservation. An american speaking woman told me the cost is 47 dollars and you can put a reservation in on line or on the phone. I placed a reservation in on line. The online reservation told me there was not a guarantee of seat available to call to confirm reservation. I called to confirm the reservation and a foreign speaking man told me ok we have the reservation I will charge your card 95 dollars. I said no she told me 47 dollars and he said it is 52 dollars. I needed the transporation for my husband to the airport so I said ok to 52 dollars. Plans changed and I called to cancel the reservation and they said it was nonrefundable. It did not state this on line or did they state this on the phone. I called back to speak to a manger and the foreign speaking man said I am the manager. He said it is nonrefundable I said you did not say that online or inperson. I am going to stop payment and report you to the better buisness bureu. He said ok stop payment and hung up on me. They did not give me an order number or any guarantee of a ticket. This concerned me and this is why our plans changed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my stop payment and or the charge for the ticket if it comes out under a diffrent name than what they are listed as on the website. I am concerned someone at that site is pocketing money under the name of thier company for them selves. For him to try to charge me almost twice as much and to find out I knew what the charges should be nd then still try charging me more. It is very suspicious. Besides the fact that he had poor buisness skills in hanging up on a customer.
