We have no control over whon the bureau approves or does not approve. The training was completed and I was not the trainer on record. industry. His expense back and forth is not our problem if he knew he had a background issue he should not have even applied to do the training. We don't judge nor are we obligated to refund his money as we completed our end of the training. We will send him a refund of $50.00 that is all we will do. As he came into our office yesterday 11/4/15 and was very verbally abusive to staff. Our attorney has been contacted and we are pursuing a restrainting order due to his behavior.
We have no further comment as this is a frivolous complaint, we have an A+ rating and intend to keep that in good standing.
