Review: Mr [redacted], owner of Central Coast Gardening and clean up, and Oceano Homes HOA, agreed that Mr.[redacted]'s services were not satisfactory at the end of September 2014, and He would no longer be maintaining the landscaping for Oceano Homes, HOA. Mr. [redacted] agreed to refund the Oceano Homes HOA, $450.00 for three months prepayment (Oct., Nov., and Dec. 2014) that was paid in July 2014.As of January 3, 2015, and after numerous phone calls, Mr [redacted]'s has ignored all phone calls and has failed refunded Oceano Homes HOA,($450.00) as agreed.Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] to call and make arrangement for the refund of $450.00 to be paid by January 7, 2014.
