Explain and response:The doctor works in the Center City Eyecare was on maternity leave from May till August 24, during this period of time, the office operated on Tuesdays and Saturdays only with fidoctorsThe patient had an eye exam in the office in July, and [redacted] Vision provided eyeglasses for her, the $collected was partial copayment for the glassesBecause the office opens only on Tuesdays and Saturdays in July, [redacted] delivery returned the package back to the [redacted] warehouseWe already called [redacted] Vision and ***, trying to locate the package; we also called the patient last night and explained the issue and the plan which would resolve the issueWe will try our best to help patient to get her glasses as soon as possible by relocating the package; if package couldn’t be found, talking with [redacted] Vision and re-order the glasses for herWe are Sorry for this inconvenience caused by maternity leave
