Central Billing Services

This agency and its affiliates and staff have been sending magazines to my house without ordering anything from them. All of them come with a bill and an order blank. I wish that this would stop. I have no need or desire for anything that they send me. Especially if their other business is a collection agency. This is clearly a set-up.
