Great job by these guys. If you need a fence these are the guys! Such an easy process from quote to finish. I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs a fence.

From the time I formalized the details to install a fence and deck, until the time it was completed, I was met with excuse after excuse for delays in the start and completion of the work (roughly 2 months total). Over the course of the next 12 months I made numerous requests for the lifetime warranty package and a hinge tool until they finally delivered both. During the first two winters following the installation, I had issues with the gate not closing. It took two months to get a resolution the first spring. I am still waiting for a resolution this spring. It also appears that two fence posts have lifted over the past winter. Needless to say, the company does not appear too concerned about whether their past customers are satisfied with their products, service, or experience. They are always quick to point out they are busy with current customers though. If I were to describe my experience with this company in three words it would be: frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional.
