We (my husband and I) invested in a Harmon Pellet Stove insert 1/yrs ago from Discount furniture now Maloneys Home Center in XXXXXX  Insert has been maintained per information from Harmon, the installer XXXXXX  and his mother Julie where both here on install dateThey where both here last year to help with an issueThis year after an eight month season rest before heating season we started a thorough clean up on 11/23/only to discover an inch and a half of water in the interior of insert Upon removal of insides per Harmon video on cleaning we discovered where the water was coming in ( the exhaust vent which runs straight up the interior of the fireplace to the top of the chimney)We then pulled out the unit to make sure there was no other source of waterWe then preceded to call XXXXX and make him aware of the problem, this morning we called him again and he and his mommy (XXXXXX) blamed the weather for the problem and had no idea if it is safe to turn the unit

I called Central Air Conditioning when the motor of our home AC unit broke. They came out the next morning and within a few hours, installed a new motor and it was as good as new! They included a one year guarantee, as well. The serviceman, [redacted], was professional, friendly, and efficient. The price was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend this company to anyone!
