it does not allow us enough time to dispatch our drivers in an efficient manner. We give the customer the option to have propane delivered same day with same day fees applied. All fees associated with same day delivery or out of gas delivery are in our policy guidelines.

I am rejecting this response because:
errors in their response including delivery date - have been w centre sota ten years never missing payment. there so called delivery date is an attempt to charge addl monies . this year is the first time they sent propane policy statement.
