I am the current Manager of Whispering Hills Apts.? The former Manager, Amanda [redacted] trasferred to another property the end of Janaury but did keep very detailed notes on file.? The following is what I have found to be the case in this file.? I have attached his final move out statement that was mailed to the former residents.? This Resident was on a month to month lease from August thru his move out.? Our lease contract requires a written day notice, regardless if on a month to month lease or not.? No notice at all was given to the office or found in the file.? ? There fore a day termination charge was placed plus all cleaning and damages to the unit.? ? This resident was offered a renewal rate of $per month and only charged the month to month fee of $per month for the month June when he did not renew.? We do not have a single unit on site that is charged $per month and? this rate was never quoted or offered at any time.Attached is their Final Account Statement detailing out all balances owed, totaling $3,341.48,? I have no idea nor can I find any documentation that suggests any other amount has ever been quoted to them.? There fore a 60 day termination charge was placed plus all cleaning and damages to the unit. This resident was offered a renewal rate of $880.00 per month and only charged the month to month fee of $100 per month for the month June when he did not renew. We do not have a single unit on site that is charged $1280 per month and this rate was never quoted or offered at any time.Attached is their Final Account Statement detailing out all balances owed, totaling $3,341.48, I have no idea nor can I find any documentation that suggests any other amount has ever been quoted to them.
