Horrible customer service It took weeks to get a return phone call Then found out our homeowner's policy was not the coverage we thought we had - even though we were paying huge premiums for the coverage Had one claim that was to be subrogated by their *** Insurance representative, who decided on their own, that since the claim was small (it still cost $1K out of pocket deductible for us to pay!!) she wasn't going to go after the company's insurance who was at fault Because of that "small claim", and lack of representative's desire to actually do their job, our premiums were raised *** insurance is good insurance; however, we found this agency to be lacking Better to find out now than when a large issue is at hand
