requested to return themCustomer had receipt and told Ed lady he was doing repair for already found parts for job and didn't need the two he brought back inEd said he asked if he had the original packaging with part # and barcodesThe gentleman said he did notEd told him would have to talk to manager to see if could take back because as they were unsaleable or returnableTo manufacture we special ordered parts from without packaging.
Doug advised Ed would have to contact manufacture to see if they would take back without packagingGentleman said he couldn't wait Ed got his name & contact information so he could contact if we got authorization to return partsEd called next day after manufacture said would take back if sure were there partsAssured them they wereMessage left on machine at phone number gentleman, could give credit store phone number and hours included.
When *** came in Doug said he was phone with another customerDoug said he informed *** would be with her as soon as finished on phoneDoug said as soon as he finished customer on phone took care of return I feel both Doug and Ed went above and beyond to get *** full credit on parts purchased.
I'm not sure what reference with police surveillance tape check is about as have no surveillance cameras.
I'm not sure if parts were wrong or just not needed as gentleman dropping off said but gave full refund even though now have to wait on manufacture to process
