I am sorry that she views illness and challenges associated with that as an excuse. Her $350 is on its way this week and she should receive it by Saturday. I The items really don't even hold that value.

I have not received a check nor heard from Colleen since her last correspondence...

to you stating she had sent a check.  I would like to receive a certified check from her as her original check from our estate sale was not only delayed but bounced.  She always seems to have an excuse.  I have attempted to contact her numerous times via phone and email to no avail. I am attaching the email history. Our experience with this business continues to frustrate us and we hope to at last resolve the issue with your help.  Thank you!  [redacted]

I have sent [redacted] money to settle this. I have been in and out of hospital and was focused on my health over the past year and quite honestly I had so much weighing on me that this was the farthest thing from my mind.
