Center Road Auto Sales

Bought a van from this company in which they stated the vehicle was fit and ready to be sold. Which in fact, was not. Took van to a different dealership after buying to fix recalls, and turns out there’s more things to be fixed that will cost more than what I bought the van for. Called to discuss with salesman and he refused to show any sympathy or compassion towards the situation and ended up hanging up on me.

Purchased a vehicle on January 19th, 2018. On January 20th, 2018, the vehicle's check engine light came on. Mechanic inspection found that not only was the vechicle's evap system completely rotted out, but there was clear evidence that the systems had been tampered with prior to sale.

Visited the dealership in search of a resolution. Was told that the dealer would not offer assistance of any kind due to the low price of my vehicle. Owner (***) advised me that if I didn't like the vehicle, I should just sell it.

Bought a car for my 15 year old to use for practice and when she gets license -which they knew - They said there were no problems with the car and that it ran great, and as soon as I got in to take it home the check engine light was on. *** told me to take it to his mechanic and he'd cover the charge. I video recorded him saying it and specifically said "so I will not be liable for any charges for the repair of the engine" and they said "nope we'll cover it".I got it towed to the mechanic and he says It'll cost $800 for the sensor and now *** is saying he's not paying it... and tried to get the mechanic to get one from the junk yard, which the mechanic is comfortable doing.

I bought a car from this dealership and several issues arose 2 days after owning it. I took it back to the dealership where the salesman who sold it to me told me to take it to their mechanics (30 mins away) to assess the damage, get a price, and so the dealership could decide how to move to forward. On my way to their mechanic the exhaust completely fell off my car. I had to put it into my car and drive the rest of the way. After getting the prices to fix all the issues with the vehicle I called the dealership. The owner was very rude to me and he is not going to help me with any of the issues or give me a refund. I am now stuck paying for countless repairs on a car I bought less than a week ago. I am highly disappointed and would highly advise anyone in search of a new car to avoid this place at all costs.
