I hope this came out. I don't know how to scan. I never got a receipt from Dr. [redacted]. They don't give them out. I got a quote instead and was charged a different amount.

This patient received treatments far and beyond what was paid for. Every attempt was made to accommodate and please her demands. Unfortunately her unrealistic expectations coupled with her diminished self- esteem and personal issues are interfering with her satisfaction, and hence was the reason for her complaint. We were able to achieve marked improvement in her skin and appearance and she received more care than she had paid for, without complications or errors in judgment. For that reason no refund will be offered.
