On 8/3/2015 Autohaus on Edens sent Veronica and Damien [redacted] a 30 day Temporary Drive-away.
We contract a 3rd party to title vehicles that are sold to out -of-state customers our 3rd party was unable to complete titling due to state of...

KY inspection and so we sent those documents out 8/3/2015 so that License and Title could be completed. At time of sale Damien [redacted] had mentioned that titling would be difficult due to the state of Kentucky's requirements to obtain license and title. We attempted to obtain them unsuccessfully. Once we received the vehicle title back in-house we sent that with the remainder of License and Titling docs to the customer for them to complete. Customer also complained about a $12 dollar "uber" bill that would be incurred by not driving the vehicle to and from Airport that week of 8/3 and we included funds so that "Uber" could be paid as well To and From airport. The customer has been consider the matter closed.
