years and we always take immediate care of any problemsthat may arise when doing business, I understand we may have a few miscommunicationand misunderstandings, orders that are taken incorrectly on the phone occasionally, but weare always sure to rectify the situation in a prompt and timely manner. On November customer had ordered $45.00 in food and she received $42.75in food. She had received an order of deep fried provolone sticks for $4.75 instead of asmall cheese breadsticks which is $7.00. This problem was being taken care of by offeringcustomer a new small cheese bread sticks and to just keep the provolone sticks free ofcharge, She was insisting we deliver them to her within 10 minutes after we had told herwould take about a half hour to 40 minutes as all delivery drivers were out making otherdeliveries and the food had to be made. She then asked for a fill refund and for ourdelivery drivers to come pick up the the full $42.75 food order, Customer had not agreedwith our offer and proceeded to call our staff member who took the order a “stupid, incompetent [redacted].” She then had told my other staff member he was “nothing but aMcdonald’s manage?’. I will certainly refund her for the $7.50 to pay back the small cheesebread sticks that she never received. The fried provolone sticks she did receive will be nocharge. based on her assertions there was nothing wrong with the remainder of her order.Sincerely,Brent D[redacted] Center Avenue Slice Inc.
Review: I ordered $45 worth of food from the establishment and did not get the correct order. I called the business spoke to someone who could barely speak in complete sentences so I asked to speak to the manager. The gentlemen who refused his name answered the food said thaT he was to busy to deliver the correct order so I asked for a refund. He said he was not authorized to give me a refund and he would have the store manager call me either later the that evening (nov 3) or the next day. I told him I did not want the food and to come pick it up and he hung up on me. I waited that night for someone to come collect the food and provide me a refund no one showed up, the next day, Nov 4th the manager never called. I called nov 4th in the evening and ask for a manager there was no one available. I paid with cash so I cannot dispute the charge even though they stole money from me and did not provide my food.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation as to why I have to file a formal complaint in order for them to provide me with the services they were paid for and a refund for the products I never received.

Response:
This is by no means how the conversation went. I had family, which included young children, and that language was never used. We can he said/she said all day. I am a paying customer who did not receive the correct order and they are refusing a refund solely because I paid with cash and cannot dispute a charge on my credit card. I have still yet to hear back from a "manager" of this business. I have called back 3 seperate times being told a manager would contact me.The entire order went to waste while waiting for a delivery driver to come pick up the incorrect order. I agreed that night to wait another hour for an employee to come pick up the food with my refund and no one came. This response is inadequate and by a manager never reaching out to resolve the matter proves how this business operates. Any other business in the US is able to provide a refund especially when I offered to wait for someone to pick up the food or offered to drop it back off but the gentlemen on the phone insisted he would send someone within 40min-an hour and have a manager call me.
