Review: I ordered a Kirby Avalir vacuum on 7/**/2015 from sales dealer costing $2,595.00. My fiancé gave the dealer a check for $500.00 as a deposit and I was to finance the balance through Centennial Plus Ind. I was given a copy of the retail installment contract and was told that a decision will be made by 7/**/2015. I was told that I was not approved for financing and that my check will be returned. As of 7/**/2015 I still didn't receive my check and the $500.00 was withdrawn. I tried several times to contact them and is given the run around. I didn't receive the item and also out of $500.00.Desired Settlement: I would like to the company to return my money. I didn't get approved for the loan and didn't receive any item, but they still took my money and now giving me the run around. I just want my money back.
