Jackson Hewitt initially filed my taxes in February, incorrectlyI received a bill from *** where I had to file for 6moI received a request for more information from *** where I worked for 6moJackson Hewitt amended my return for which I had to return to their office and then had to go to post office on my time and pay for postage to mail the new documentsAs of today, I am still waiting for *** to release my returnThey say the delay is due to needing more information This is all caused by my return being filed incorrectly initiallyI paid Jackson Hewitt 300$ for a service they completely messed up and made worse! It is a real hardship to wait for my moneyI requested a refund from their district mgr who refusedThis manager also refused to provide any contact info for her managerI am requesting my money back
