In January of 2014, my wife, *** signed an agreement with Crest Construction to remodel our kitchen and to install a generator The remodel started in April of and was contracted to be a month job I was overseeing a major construction project at my work at the time, so I was not very involved in our kitchen remodel By August of 2015, there were major issues with the remodel and Crest Construction’s owner/project manager, Ken S***, was stonewalling *** when *** was requesting that he rectify the issues with his work In February of 2015, we removed my wife from the process and I began attempting to get Crest to rectify the issues that were outstanding To date, Crest Construction has not rectified the issues Ken S*** has started to insist that construction issues that he/Crest already agreed needed to be repaired at our home do not need to be repaired
I have given Crest Construction ample time to repair the outstanding issues Ken S*** regularly
