Ms *** brought her car on January, 29,for overheating problems not March, 29,as the companies claim. he invoice the custor has the date. s soon as she parked the car, it was overheatingMs *** indicated that to do the best option to minimize the overheating and she
doesn't have much money to spend on the vehiclePrimary inspection and a pressure test showed that the head gasket already had been damaged from multiple overheating as the customer indicatedWe told ms *** to solve the problem and fix it right, the cylinder head needs to be removed and perform a head gasket replacement along with resurface and new thermostats and estimate of $1800.she thought that is too much and asked other cheaper options, keeping in mind the car is already overheating For $we both agreed to remove both thermostats to relief the pressure of overheating temporary .and we gave her both parts as she requested.and as indicated on the invoice, the head gasket is damaged and needs to be fixed.not all, shops have to have certified mechanics to perform mechanics work and we have been serving customers for over yearsI disagree with the claim that taking off the thermomost made the problem worse or putting back the thermostat fixed the problemMechanically that is not correctBased on this facts I can't accept the request for refund.
