Review: I purchased a HBS-700 lg bluetooth headset (retail $100) to replace mine that recently was damaged
I actually bought two because the price was so good, $40 for a $100 headset!
I received two HBS-750 (retail $60 only a $20 under market sale and the same price you can purchase it at other online retailers) and when I e-mailed asking why I received a different product than the one I ordered I was informed that it was a "free upgrade" because the HBS-700 was out of stock. Me being the power consumer I am I had already checked the 750 which has very different specs including sound quality and battery life from the 700. I did a return (to which I was told I can either ship to a return address or reseal the package and mark return to sender to a different address than the return address. I also was not refunded postage from the sale or from the return postage.Desired Settlement: I would like the to either remove the HBS-700 until they have it in stock or change the practice of baiting and switching the product

About 3 months ago I ordered a Motorola T325 bluetooth device from the CellXpo website. They send me a Motorola Roadster2 instead, which would have been acceptable but the Roadster2 crapped out shortly after I got it. I'm guessing it was a refurbished item and the battery was bad. I send them an e-mail regarding this but never received a reply. I still have the item.
Review: I ordered two cell phone chargers. They were the wrong size for the phone. I received instructions to send them back for a replacement or refund. It has been a month and I have not received a refund or the correct replacement products. I sent the items back with tracking, so I know that they received them.Desired Settlement: Refund my money = $23.90 ($18.85 original charge plus $5.05 return postage)

Review: I ordered and paid for a total of 5 Bluetooth headsets and received only 4. Tried to contact the company without success. I have been trying to get in touch with this company for 2 weeks but there is not a phone number listed. I have been e-mailing them and not getting a reply.Desired Settlement: I would like the headset I did not get or a refund of the price plus shipping and handling.
