Review: I had a contract for a phone with cellular one in [redacted]. This contract started 2-*-12. I returned the phone that week under their 15 day satisfaction guarantee in contract. Phone was returned to original store. Pulled my credit this week and saw they sent me to collections for early termination fees. I called cellular one but was informed they had no record of return but did show I wrote to them 2 days after service started inquiring about termination due to poor service quality. Customer service was useless as I learned they don't keep records for more than a year. The [redacted] store is also conveniently closed down. Customer service now insists I speak to the collection agency to settle. This is complete fraud. If anyone pulls my credit report they can see I have always kept it spotless and would never add a bad mark. Terrible customer service and business practices to say the least.Desired Settlement: I would request an apology for the delay in my getting a loan because of the mistake by their incompetent employees and the fee taken off my credit report
