Review: On May 6th, I purchased an Iphone 5 at this business with service provided by [redacted]. After about 3 months the phone stopped working so I called [redacted] and everything was OK on their side. I went to Cellulares & Evios and was told it was the chip. Eventually I called [redacted] and was told the phone was locked because it was reported stolen by someone who took it out on [redacted]'s payment plan and had stopped paying for it. I confronted the sales person/owner of the establishment and he admitted that his suppler was raided by the police and were out of business. I requested a full refund because the seller had sold me a stolen phone. The business tried to give me another phone with warranty but I told them I did not want to do business with a company that sold stolen merchandise. I advise them that they are responsible in making sure the goods they sell are not stolen. The person/owner I spoke to refused to give me a refund and said I was making a big deal out of nothing. I told the sales person that selling stolen merchandise was a big deal but they still refused to give me a refund. I have bankstatement showing payment for the phone, the locked Iphone, serial numbers, and a Handset Blocking Lookup report. I refuse to do business with a company that sells stolen goods and I want a full refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the total amount of $649.00 paid for the IPhone that ended up being a stolen Iphone. I have documentation of the purchase and the blocked IPhone
