On December 15, 2015, I walked into this store looking for a tablet for my daughterThey all got on me to get this free tablet and start an account once activatedI was not approved for any other tablet but I was approved for any phoneSo not thinking clearing and being sold by the sales men they signed me up for a 35$ a month package for a free cheap tabletI realized I was taken and returned on the 21st and they charged me a 35$ restocking fee Starting in December in kept getting bills for this tablet that I had returned and terminated my contacted with [redacted] I brought each bill into the store and I would wait sometimes hours why they could not figure out why I was getting chargedThis happened again in January 2016, hours and each time they stated "problem fixed" and I would get another bill February 2016, spent hours in store same thing they stated paperwork was wrongNow I have a letter that the bills not being paid being that I don't have a tablet or contract with
