Cellular Overhaul

iPhone was brought in with problems with speaker, it only worked on speaker phoneTech stated could be fixed and new part was ordered! A week later the phone was taken back to store and it was completely disassembled and we were told wrong part was ordered! Since leaving store phone will only work if pluged to charger as battery would not hold charge or stay turned on for longer than a few minutes! Tech told us that it was all related to part that needs to be replaced! Very hard to believe since this was not a problem before! After more business days we haven't heard from company so I went in and told new worker what was going on and he had to call as he was clueless and was flipping through book to find order! So he tells me that guy that needs to be there is minutes away and coming in! The time on the door states opens at but doors where not unlocked till 10:and now I need to wait another minutes! I leave phone at shop as it doesn't work anyway, my husband goes by at
