This correspondence is sent to acknowledge a complaint filed against my company, The Cellular Connection (TCC), by our customer, *** *** on or around 08/01/
justify;">TCC prides itself on taking the customer experience very seriously, and it is unfortunate that Mr*** recent experience was less that exemplaryThat said, to the best of my belief and understanding following my internal investigation, there are significant gaps between Mr*** recollection of events alleged in his complaint and the information that has been noted in our systems regarding his in-store complaint and the validity of his warranty (et al)Even with those gaps, it is always TCC’s intent to work with customers to round out their perception in anticipating of remaining their provider of choice in the retail cellular device and accessories industryTo that end, following a documented telephone conversation by a customer service representative who spoke directly with Mr*** on various occasions (but lastly on or around 08/03/2015), Mr*** was issued a refund check to support our interests in his customer satisfactionThat check was cashed by TCC’s bank on 08/17/Our internal file on this customer’s complaint was closed at the time the refund was issued, and I offer my apologies that I was not able to correspond with you on this matter before this timePlease maintain my contact information so that, in the unlikely event you receive a complaint in the future, you are able to contact me directlyI am more than happy to assist with the research of any issues that may ariseKind regards,
