We are in receipt of the complaint dated November 9, 2015.  The Chair Doctor, LLC prides itself on its customer service and apologizes for any inconvenience that [redacted] experienced with his recent purchase.  I want to confirm that [redacted] was sold a new power wheelchair that...

had no prior use. Prior to receiving this complaint, the following letter was sent to [redacted]h in an effort to resolve his concerns: Attached.Upon receipt of the above referenced letter, [redacted] contacted The Chair Doctor, LLC and agreed to demonstrate the issues and allow adjustments to be made to the power chair to resolve them.  On November 12, 2015, The Chair Doctor, LLC met with [redacted] and made adjustments to the angle of the joystick controller as well as programming adjustments to reduce the speed of deceleration when stopping and other driving adjustments.  The adjustments were made with [redacted] in the chair which had not been possible during prior visits.  The chair was tested while [redacted] was in the chair and [redacted] also tested the functionality of the chair independent of the technician during the visit.  I asked [redacted] to use the chair for approximately 3-4 weeks to get used to it and if further adjustments were needed, The Chair Doctor, LLC would schedule another visit to facilitate those changes as well.  [redacted] expressed his satisfaction with the chair after these adjustments and indicated that the issues he identified and his concerns were resolved to his satisfaction.Please feel free to contact us if any further information is required regarding this matter.Regards,[redacted]CEO
