Cellphonia

I went to a Cellphonia in the mall and asked if they can fix my IPhone screen I told them it was under warranty with Apple They told me they are Apple certified and all their products are straight from Apple, and them changing the screen versus going to another shop will NOT void my warranty We agreed to do it for $ They changed my screen and I immediately noticed it had a blue tint on it They said its and I'm just not used to it I went home and compared my phone to another IPhone of the same model and it was clearly tinted blue I went straight back to the store After arriving at the store for a second time I was told no refunds, they finally agreed to switch it with another new screen I noticed this time they did not remove the plastic protective film off of the lcd digitizer(back side of the screen) I asked why they did not remove it and they told me it was normal, and they don't always remove it I left and called Apple to find out if its okay to have this plastic film inside the phone, and was informed my warranty has been voided now because Cellphonia has worked on my phone Apple was on the phone with me as I returned a third time, Apple recorded our conversation where Cellphonia told me they will not remove the plastic film and also told me that them changing my screen does not void my warranty, and they are certified Also, Cellphonia stated if the plastic causes a future problem they will replace my phone, which I highly doubt because now I realize they were lying about other things Once I told them this was just recorded, he angrily told me to leave immediately and don't return, threatening to call security I was upset, in order to avoid a confrontation I left Now I have no warranty and a foreign plastic film inside my phone that can cause problems according to an Apple technician For these reasons I want a warranty
