Review: On the week of August **, 2013 the Consumer contacted Cello Mobil and requested to rent a pone with International Service. I received the phone on the 28th. I requested I needed google maps and was told I could download the progam once I reached my destination in Rome,Italy. Once I arrived at my destination, I was not able to download the Map program and after several calls to the company was told it could not be downloaded through my rented phone. I was given misinformation. The company gave me a Service # [redacted]. I was told Cello Mobile would listen to all the recorded messages on the phone to verify the past conversations. On September [redacted], I was told by a Representative, [redacted], they would listen to the calls to infact there was false representation. I followed o up on September **, 2013 but was told there was a delay due to the Jewish holidays. While on the phone with the company I gave my credit card number again and was told the charges on the first credit card would be cancelled and that the charges would be on the "second" card. The charges were not immediately cancelled and as a result I was charged fees on my bank account.Desired Settlement: Refund of bank fees ([redacted]) totaling $420.00

Firstly in response to customers complaint about downloading maps. We always tell customers that they can use any feature on Blackberry but it should not be mistaken as a GPS service and does not offer maps. (We even played back the original call and that’s precisely what the customer was told).
About the credit card, the customer provided credit card information and knew the charges. When we charged (amount total exactly as discussed!) the customer called that wants to change credit card. so we voided the charge on the first one and charged the second one right away. But it takes time to get the money back from the credit card company/bank. That is out of our control and the proof is with our gateway system.
