Review: Approximately, 5 days ago I rented a cell phone from CellHire. They pinged my cc 8 times. I subsequently cancelled the order. I then decided to purchase a phone. They misquoted me the delivery date and when the phone arrived, I could not activate it. Technical support told me what to do and that didn't work. I am so frustrated in dealing with the people in Garland, TX that I want to return it for a full refund. I was just told by Customer Service that once I open the package, I cannot get a refund. Attempts to locate a supervisor 45 minutes before they closed yielded no results. The documentation is poor and the manual words are so small that I could not see them without a magnifying glassDesired Settlement: Full refund and a clear explanation of how I need to return said product for refund

Review: I rented a cell phone for my daughter's Japan trip. Paid $59.00 for the rental. Prior to her departure, the phone was charged and we made sure it turned on. While in Japan, the phone did not work. She was unable to turn it on. I contacted Cellhire and they offered to contact her to troubleshoot. I gave them the name and phone number of the hotel she was staying at but also told them that because of the group's schedule, it may be difficult. My daughter was withe the People to People Student Ambassador Program, Land of the Rising Sun Program in Japan. They were not able to contact my daughter and the phone was useless. I requested a refund and they offered to refund $35. It took them almost two weeks from my initial refund request to credit my VISA the amount. In addition to the $35.00 refund, they charged me $11.99. The $11.99 charge was an unauthorized charged which I notified my bank about. I also notified Cellhire about the unauthorized charge.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
