Between the date this complaint was filed (02/14/2017) and the date we were notified (02/24/2017) the circumstances of the case have changed and this has been amicably resolved with the customer

Order # [redacted] had already been refunded prior to this complaint after troubleshooting the claimed issue with the Unlock Code remained unsuccessful. The refund has been issued on the incentive of our Support Agent without the generally required proof of the claimed issue and without the Buyer themselves requesting a refund.3. The second order the Buyer is referring to cannot be found in our system and since we charge neither for unsuccessful unlocks nor for unlocking "attempts", this appears to be a mix-up with an order placed with different unlocking vendor.
