Dear Revdex.com and Customer,
sans-serif;"> I am responding to this complaint and would like to, in good faith, resolve this issue. However, I have been searching and thus far not able to find any record of either the sale or return of this price. My POS and Credit Card machine show zero records of these transactions. Is there any chance that the purchase and return date mentioned in the complaint could be mistaken. There are also several Cellairis locations. I am the Cellairis in the [redacted], ME, is this the location where the transactions occurred? We would like to help resolve this matter, even if the location is mistaken. Most Cellairis locations are individually owned and operated, as this one is, however we still value every Cellairis Customer as well as the Cellairis name as a whole and would like every customer to have a satisfied experience. Are there any receipts available that can help me track down these transactions?
Regards,

regarding complaint ID: [redacted] dated 02/12/2017 At CELLAIRIS we strive to make sure that our products are of highest quality and that each customer is satisfied. At the point when the client revealed to us the screen was Popping out the precise following day, we asked him that he ought to have come same day or the following day, yet he said he was busy. The screen was Repaired on 01/21/2017 and he made a Complaint on 02/12/2017 i.e. he was occupied for right around 21 days and didn't have room schedule-wise to come to amend the issue this sounds exceptionally unusual, the situation was clearly explained to the customer regarding physical damage and the warranty policy which covers 30 days from the time of repair. However, after observing the [redacted] 5 screen Personally we have seen that screen was not Popping out but rather is broken from the edge on all side and even the LCD has the physical Damage that’s the reason the damage marks are clearly visible. Unfortunately, no organization cover the warranty on physical damage, and this is additionally clearly clarified in the receipt gave to the client. overall, we did offer the customer discount even on the first repair and even on the second repair for a discounted price just to satisfy the customer as this been always our main priority. In this case, we can assure you the allegations being made here in the complaint is false anddo not meet the criteria of the WARRANTY. RegardsCellairis(Tyson’s Corner)

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Explanation given by business is totally false. We do not pass everyday to Tyson's mall to get the phone fixed immediately as need to travel 15 miles just to get the phone fixed. Business has given 30 days warranty for the screen and has refused to honor the warranty. There are no signs of wear and tear on the screen. All the issue was that the screen has to be fixed properly back on the phone and we never asked for a replacement of screen. I have gone through different reviews of the business and most of the complaints had been that the business never honors their commitment. Reviews shows customers paying twice for the same service and still had issues with the business and this clear shows their work ethics.

Dear Revdex.com and Customer,
I am responding to the rebuttal to my last response. As it seems, the Cellairis location in question is located in the [redacted] Mall. My location is in The [redacted] Mall, [redacted], ME, so I am confused as to why this complaint came to me. However, I do realize mistakes like these can happen. I am glad at least that much is straightened out and we are one step closer to assisting this customer. I would like to help out in anyway that I can, but where most Cellairis locations are individually owned franchises and I am not affiliated with the location in question, I am not sure how I can help. Thank you for your time in this matter and I hope I have helped to the best of my abilities.
Regards,

Review: On November 8th 2013, I purchased a cellphone cover for my phone, it was charged to my debit card in the amount of $ 16.95. When the sales associate tried to put the cover on the phone he realized he had sold me a cover for a different model and he had no phone covers in stock for my model, and proceeded to refund it to my debit card. The charge for the purchase was charged to my account and I have still not received my refund. It is now December 28th, I have contacted sales representatives in person who said they would take my information and have their manager contact me. When several weeks went by and I heard nothing from their company I looked them up online and manage to contact a gentleman who said he was a district manager for the area and he directed me to e-mail him copies of my receipts and he would get money refunded to me. I sent an e-mail to the address he gave me, [redacted] , on December 12th and still have not received a refund nor have been contacted about the situation. So as the situation stands it appears that this company has stolen 16.95 from me.Desired Settlement: A refund of my $16.95
