Cell Style - Moose Jaw

My fiance, father in law and I all went to cell style to get screen protectors put on our phone. The lady that put them on told us she doesn't normally do that usually the manager does but she put them on anyways. She got glue in my fiance and father in laws speakers to the point the sound is more muffled and all of our screen protectors lifted off our phone the same day so the next day we went down to complain and the manager was in we wanted a refund and he refused us a refund he said he could only put a new screen on and not give us back any of our money. So the same thing happened again all our screens lifted up again. We kept trying to call the store but the female that answered was clueless and wouldn't help us all she did was give us the phone number to the manager and he never answers his phone.
