Review: took phone in to be unlocked to so that I can changed to new carrier. when I recieved the phone back [redacted] calmed the phone was working one I got it home we discovered the I could not recieve text message or internet. left the phone over night when back next day to pick up phone and still phone not working as promised. now I can recieve text but can not send text. told him refund me my money because he did not fix my phone he told me sorry no refunds.Desired Settlement: I want to be refund for the service that I did not recieve. The muhamd charged me $50 dollars and did not repair the issues and I still do not have a complete working phone after three days. I told him that I was filing the complaint he told me do what ever
