Company broke my home button on my phone while doing another repair and refused to help fix it. Phone button was working prior to the service.
Company was hired to fix my cracked home screen. Prior to replacing the screen the home button was tested and confirmed working, then they broke it. They refused to fix it or help with the damage they created. The button worked before work was rendered, now another company is looking to charge me for a new button and a new screen too. I just paid for the screen to be replaced by I Cell and Repair so I will have to pay for it twice now.
I would like my home button to be fixed. I would like to have my phone screen and button working. If I need to go to apple to pay for the phone screen replacement, I would like to have a refund of the screen replacement Cell and Repair charged me for since they caused further damage and caused me the need to get the screen replaced again.

Company contacted me, refunded my money and also paid for the further damage on my phone to be fixed. The owner is a genuinely good person and employees make mistakes at times.
Phone was damaged during screen, batt, charging port replacement
My son brought his Iphone6 into Icell to have his screen, charging port and batt replaced on Aug 9th for $200. The phone had no reception problem at that time. After getting the phone back the speaker didn't work and the reception was horrible. He brought it back again and was told they found the problem and fixed it. When he left the store it still wasn't working correctly. He brought it back again. Still the same problem but this time he was told they have to solder something that might make the phone worthless. My son has a medical condition and needs the phone for emergency. I had to buyanother phone for him. Since Icell said the phone was ok after each time they looked at it I told him to see if they would buy it / sell it for the cost of repairs since it was still within the 90 days of warranty. Icell offered him $10 because they said it didn't work. I contacted the store to inform them I would give them an opportunity to make it right. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have not received a reply.
I would like the cost of repairs since they made the phone not usable and I had to buy a replacement at 2x what was paid for the iphone6 because that model is no longer available.
If he would like to come in. I would be willing to into this my name is toby. I will be open to help satisfy my customer. Thanks
