[Below is my correspondence to the cellphonenerd which he did not answer I followed the paper trail to whom the payment was made and the company was called Valor International According to the website for Valor International in Astoria, Queens ###-###-#### (I'm not 100% sure it's the same company) they specialize in refurbished devices: "Valor International is an innovative industry leader that provides a variety of services from manufacturing certified refurbished devices." The device number on the back of the phone is MEID DEC: ***.New message to: thecellphonenerdCan you please provide me with a proof of purchase for this phone? HTC says the phone is not new, you're not an authorized reseller and that there was a previous owner and therefore will not honor the warrantyI spoke to Sprint and was told the phone was attached to another ownerI need proof that the phone was new and a proof of purchase otherwise, I would like a refund.Your Answer Here]
