Review: Dropped off my cellphone to get fixed have a receipt I paid for service upfront, now business is never open and they do not answer the phone they have my phone and my active sim card

Review: I wanted to complain about this cell phone repair store. I gave them my cell phone on friday the February [redacted] around 1pm to repair. They said okay come back Saturday the [redacted] around 3pm and gave me a piece of paper with all the phone information and what was getting fixed, the price and time and date to pick it up. I went saturday they were closed. I went sunday at 12pm and again at 4pm still closed. I went monday tuesday and wednesday at 12pm, 3pm, and 730pm still closed. again they are closed today. their business card says they are open monday- saturday 10am to 8pm and sunday 10am to 5pm yet everyday I went its closed. I live right around the corner so I go there and try to open the door just in case. I'm getting extremely frustrated and I missed two days of work because I was told my phone would be repaired on saturday. its been a week and they don't answer their phone. I would like for you to see whats going on and if my phone has been stolen and whats with their shadiness. If I knew it would take this long I would have went down the road to a different place. Hopefully you can help me out.Desired Settlement: I want my phone and a discount because of the two days of work I missed or have them be fined or something.
