Cell Doc- Cell Phone Repair Center

On January 11, 2020 I took my granddaughter to Cell Doc to get her *** repaired, it need a new front screen and a new backing as well, the gentleman quoted us $140.00 to do both, so he repaired them and we picked the *** up two hours later. On Sunday January 12 the back popped off and my granddaughter closed it and called me to let me know what had happened and I said ok if it happens again to let me know. On Tuesday January 14 the back popped off again and this time when she closed it cracked again and she called Cell Doc to inform them as to what happened and the guy wanted to charger her another $60.00 to fix it and that is when she called me again and told me what had happened so I called and talked to the same gentle man and he told me that she broke it she has to pay to get it fixed again and I responded that the backing was apparently not put on correctly or it would have not popped off in the first place so he told me that she should have never tried to put it back on and therefore she broke it so she has to pay to get it fixed again, and I can talk to owner and gave his number so I called him and he told I was going to call and file a complaint with the Revdex.com and he told me call anybody I want and that she has to pay $40 to get it fixed he was not going to fix for free.
