After months of researching solar options, we decided to go with Celestial Solar and we could not be happier with our decision Jim, the owner of Celestial, never tried to "sell us" on his company versus any other, including Solar City He simply laid out all the facts and explained in detail the differences between the options He is not about "filling his back pocket" His only goal is to make sure the customer selects the best option for them He is passionate about solar and giving the best customer service possibleAs a sales person who never promises more than I can deliver, I really appreciated that Jim also possesses the same characteristic His crew was equally professional and knowledgeable We were scheduled to have all new windows installed two days after the solar panels were installed Due to a rain delay, the solar project was delayed As it turned out, both solar panels installation and the windows installation had to be completed on the same day Jim's crew worked extremely well with the other crew, neither got in each other's way and both jobs were completed within a couple of hours of each other In addition, Jim came to our house during the project to make sure the everything was moving along smoothly even though his project manager, was outstanding Jim also stopped by after the project was completed to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the project Again, we were extremely happy with the process from beginning to end Jim's crew was outstanding and his customer service is exemplary! We highly recommend Celestial Solar and would be happy call on him again
