Celebrity Nails Anchorage, Alaska has been doing illegal things inside their workplace on how they treat their employees. They are Vietnamese owners and has been treating their employees like slaves. They issue personal checks to their employees without a paystub or an employee identification number to proof how many hours they work and how much deductibles have been taken out of their paycheck. They have been forcing their employees to sign a 10-99 form and if they don’t sign up then they will fire them right on the spot. Most employees wanted to fill out their W2-forms, but unfortunately the owner Tom would not offer them a form. The owner doesn’t know what a pay stub is and he has been running pho Saigon and celebrity nails but doesn’t know what a pay stub is. They violated terms of labor law rights of not offering employees a pay stub. Four employee workers told me that they haven’t got any days off because the owner wants them to work 7 days a week which is a violation. Under the labor law Alaska Rules, stated Title 29 part 5.16 that every employee should get their pay stubs. The owner has a strong discrimination against Laos’s employees who works for him. I am filling a Federal Trade Commission on illegal stuff that they have been doing in their business ethic workplace. Please investigate this situation because they are doing illegal activities in the nail shop. Let’s make America a safe place for employees and follow the rules of regulations. Thank you.
