Review: We entered into a contract in May 2012 for 3 buses for a trip scheduled on June 7 - 9 2013 to [redacted] for a class trip. We have previously used this bus company and had no issues. The bus company called at 11:15 PM on June 6th asking us to move the pick up time to later in the day from 4AM departure due to inclement weather forecasted. At 12:00 AM the bus company owner called and stated he did not have buses available for the trip. A deposit was issued to him on September 21, 2012 for $1,665.00. The advisors scrambling to find alternate transportation for 130 students and 9 chaperones. The owner arrived at 4AM in his personal vehicle where he was going to address our parents. We asked him for a refund by 9AM so we could fund the alternate transportation. He did not comply with our request and stated that he has no funds to refund me the deposit he accepted. He stated he would refund the money to us the following week. After numerous phone calls to his personal cell phone and business we have not had any response. He has changed his phone number of his business to say it is now Hello Bus Company and not Celebration Travel and Tours. We managed to arrange other transporation being on the phone from 12AM to 8AM and were charged $2,500 more than he was being paid plus we lost the deposit amount. So the trip actually cost us more than budgeted for.Desired Settlement: We want our deposit returned immediately due to the class graduating and we have additional expenses that still need to be paid.

Review: Seller collected $950.00 for charter service that was scheduled for 7/13/13 at 7:30 AM. He did not show he did not call. He does not return phone calls nor replies to emails or fax.Desired Settlement: I prefer Revdex.com to deal directly with the seller because I do not want him to send me a check with no sufficient fund. Since I've been a victim, I hope that Revdex.com takes it into consideration and prevents other customers from getting ripped off by this seller.
