Review: - 11/**/2013 Purchased an I-phone case, at the moment of purchase, the store associate told can be return any time.- 2/**/2014 Attempted to return and refund. Unsuccessful because the store associate told the policy is return/refund only within two weeks.The facts: Unforeseeable policy sign purposely hang at the employee side counter - MisleadingThe associate point the store policy sign behind the cash register, three associates pointed to sign about the policy. I walked behind the counter, there is a little sign above the employee desk. The size of the sign is smaller than a regular letter size 8" x 10". With the font size smaller than an actual rice. The distant between where the customer counter and the back wall where the sign located, is around two yards.This is intentionally misleading all consumers. this is not right. This cheating not only to affects all United State consumers, but as well as international consumers. Not only the Revdex.com have to help to prevent and improve this situation, as well as the New York airport authority, and the New York City and State have to control about it. The outcomes from this misleading policy sign:Consumers lack of confident to shopping or purchase at the Laguardia Airport or in New York, or in United States.Desired Settlement: Refund: $24.00 plus New York taxPut the store policy sign next to the cash register, or enlarge the fond size at a larger sign. Where the customer can actually read the sign before they purchase. It is the store associate responsibility to inform the customer about the store policy at the moment of purchase. Stop the unfair practice.
