Review: Applied for loan with CEH leasing Company. Spoke with a sales representative, Chuck K[redacted], and was informed that the company would follow up in a few days to review the status of my application.I never heard back from them, even after reaching out with a phone call to the rep and an email to the company. When I mentioned this to another supplier I was working with, they informed me that CEH had declined my application. CEH leasing shared personal and private information with a third party without my consent and knowledge.Their credibility, professionalism and integrity are all in question, and their customer service is non-existent.Desired Settlement: Letter of apology and a letter stating the reasons for their decision and companies / credit bureaus used to arrive at the decision.
