We are in contact with the complainant and scheduling the necessary work ASAP, a detailed email with information was sent on Friday before this complaint was registered but unfortunately something happened with the email it did not go through and it was re-sent today
Mr. [redacted] is extremely abusive to my employee, he is extremely demeaning and condescending. The [redacted] refuse to understand the repair and remediation process and refuse to understand our directions on what is happening and why, and they need to file and insurance claim with their carrier to protect themselves and their property, that is the process they refuse to comply with our recommendations

I am...
rejecting this response because: As stated by Tom C[redacted], an email was received on Aug 7. It seems that a resolution is in the works but I am "rejecting" until all work is complete. I am still waiting for a complete scope and sequence and timeline of repairs. This will hopefully be sent after the scheduled engineer assesses the situation.

I am rejecting this response because:We are extremely irate with this situation - people have built homes from beginning to end in the time it's taken to fix this situation which is growing worse by the day (i.e. extenuating mold now on the basement level that the property manager is saying is NOT related to this existing problem although it absolutely is). We are out money every day this house sits vacant, upwards of $20,000. When we see the house sitting without work being done, phone calls being sent to voicemail, etc. it definitely worsens the situation and comes out in our tone. This house should have been completely fixed months ago. At this point we do not accept being at the mercy of vendors as a solution to the time lag. Rush orders should be put on all vendors due to our patience this long. We have filed all paperwork with insurance companies, etc. There is nothing on our end holding us back.
Regards,
