We agree that the web site is a little misleading and have refunded one nights stay to the customers credit card.  The two tents applies to the "Tent Sites".  Customer was camping on an RV site, some of our RV sites do allow for an additional tent but the site they were on does not. ...

When they set up their tent it was fully on their neighbors site and that is why they were asked to take it down.  The no "no refunds on holiday weekends" refers to cancellations made before you arrive.  Once you have checked in there are no refunds for early departure.
