Cedar Springs Apartments

I applied for an apartment early July three business days later I was contacted by *** at the complex who states that I was approved I had submitted my $deposit and signed the leaseThe following day *** at the office called me back to tell me that the apartment I applied for was infested with spiders I asked about a different apartment available on the complex and she stated that she could switch everything and that I could sign the updated lease upon my Move in date of 08/23/I am now approved to buy a house, and would like to do so I've contacted the Cedar Springs apartment complex and spoke with what I'm assuming was the Manager of the office today (07/19/2018) who was very rude and let me know that I'm stuck in this apartment due to signing a lease (which again has the wrong address listed on the paperwork) until someone rents the apartment I'm responsible for rent (example if someone does not move into that apartment until October 2018, I'll be re
