I purchased VIP season tickets from the Rampage website on May 31, The receipt indicated I would receive tickets by June No ticketsSeveral phone calls in June were not returnedEventually the manager called me and said the tickets would not be available until the schedule was finalized in September Multiple calls in September were not answered/returnedOn September manager *** ** called and said the tickets would be available soon and I would be notified by email as to where to pick them upI never received an email, but their facebook page gave the ticket pickup information-Thursday, October My adult daughter went to the pickup location (with all supporting paperwork)and was told that the tickets were not thereThey were left at the office (blocks away) and she could go to the office tomorrow (10/7) to pick them up
