After touring the Cedar Rapids Day School in October after learning that we were pregnant, we wrote out our deposit check for $and left feeling great about our decision We were assured that this would secure us a spot for our newborn in July when I returned to work As I was instructed by the center to do, I called after our baby was born (the beginning of April 2016) to let the center know of his name, actual date of birth and to verify our start date of July 5th, It took three phone calls, two messages left and no call backs to get a hold of the center at that point I had asked about securing the intake paperwork so that I could get it completed and was told that I didn?t need to worry about paperwork yet at that time I attempted to call back three more times in June to try to get the paperwork for our baby to start and had the same issues Phones were not answered I left messages that were never returned and was left with a horrible feeling about
